Why & How

  • “Wine and meat rot behind vermilion gates, while at the roadside people freeze to death”. That is one of the famous poem written by Du Fu, a prominent Chinese poet of the Tang Dynasty. It was merely a social phenomenon observed by the poet one thousand three hundred years ago in China. Nevertheless, fast forward to the twenty-first century of today, it looks like such a phenomenon of society which can be construed to wealth inequality still exists in almost every part of the world. Each of every day, the news of some people needing donation for the purpose of medical remedy and education has never absent from pages of a newspaper. It seems that the living cost has never stopped to shoot up from time to time everywhere. At the same time, like it or not, nobody can disagree with the fact that wealth inequality has been enlarged somehow unintentionally. That is the biggest irony to capitalism. Before such condition is getting worse, some course of actions must be taken by someone to ease the situation by helping the unfortunate groups the of community to raise fund to live on.

  • PRIMEGIVE is a platform utilizing web and mobile technologies to attain the objectives of fundraising campaign by the unfortunate groups and properly channelling the fund to the hands of the needy while it creates more awareness to the public. Essentially at PRIMEGIVE, we are targeting three major groups of users: people who need help, the public and the corporate world.

  • To start, a fundraising campaign would be verified by the mass media or authorised charity organization. Then, the fund should be sponsored by a corporate organization under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. Meanwhile, the public assists to spread the news of the fundraising campaign and the goodwill of sponsorship by the corporation. That creates a win-win station for all parties.
